Roxana Sharifi

Roxana Sharifi specialises in litigation and arbitration as well as insolvency and restructuring. She also advises on corporate law matters. Roxana Sharifi’s core competencies include disputes in all areas as well as enforcement, insolvency and restructuring proceedings before Swiss authorities and courts. Ms Sharifi completed her traineeship at CMS Zurich and previously worked at a renowned international business law firm in Germany for over five years, where she was involved in the comprehensive support of major infrastructure projects. Roxana Sharifi has a keen interest in entrepreneurial problem solving, having spent several months at the World Bank Group in Washington D.C. and the Copenhagen Chamber of Commerce. Her knowledge of both Swiss and German law provides her with a special approach to cross-border matters. Roxana Sharifi rejoined CMS Zurich as an Attorney at Law in 2023. She is a member of the Bar Association of Frankfurt am Main and registered in accordance with Art. 28 BGFA in the public list of nationals of EU or EFTA member states who are entitled to represent parties in courts in Switzerland under their original occupational title.
