Claudia Götz Staehelin is a seasoned dispute resolution and investigations specialist with over 20 years of experience in high-stakes litigation and arbitration. She advises clients across a wide range of industries – including technology, industrials, financial services, chemicals, and life sciences – on complex disputes, sensitive regulatory matters, and crisis management. Before returning to private practice, Claudia served as Group Head of Litigation at Novartis, where she managed global investigations and major proceedings. She also acts as arbitrator in domestic and international cases.
