Andrea Meier is a leading expert in arbitration and litigation, with over 90 arbitrations under various rules (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, DIS, VIAC, WIPO, UNCITRAL, CAS). She specialises in construction disputes and has handled major projects like offshore gas fields and production plants. Her recent cases also include post-M&A, joint venture, and sector-specific disputes in pharmaceuticals and mobility. Ranked by Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, and Who’s Who Legal, Andrea was named the top arbitration partner in Europe under 45 by Who’s Who Legal in 2018. Clients describe her as “commercially minded,” “diligent,” and “proactive.” Andrea is Vice President of the ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association) and holds leadership roles in other key professional bodies, including the Swiss Arbitration Centre and DIS.
