Andreas Schregenberger

Andreas is the founding partner of Schregenberger Law and specializes in arbitration and commercial litigation. He represents corporate and private clients, acts as arbitrator, and has extensive experience in complex, high-value international disputes, including shareholder, contractual, and asset-freezing matters. With over a decade of experience at leading firms in Zurich, Vienna, and Washington, D.C., Andreas has advised clients across engineering, energy, construction, finance, insurance, life sciences, and fashion. He has acted in over 40 arbitration proceedings under ICC, Swiss, VIAC, LCIA, ADGM, ISTAC, and ad hoc rules, with disputes exceeding USD 1 billion.

 

He holds an MLaw from the University of Zurich and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center (Fulbright and Kronstein Fellow), was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2011, and is entitled to transfer as an English Barrister. Andreas is a member of ASA and UNION, regularly publishes and speaks on international arbitration and investment law, and speaks German, English, French, and basic Russian.
