Professor Christoph Müller is a Professor of Private Law at the University of Neuchâtel and a leading expert in international arbitration. He has acted as presiding, sole, and co-arbitrator in over 150 domestic and international cases under major institutional and ad hoc rules, including ICC, Swiss Rules, LCIA, SCC, UNCITRAL, and WIPO. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), is a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, and sits on several panels of arbitrators. His academic work spans contract law, comparative private law, European private law, and private international law, and he has published extensively, including commentaries on the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.
