Cinzia Catelli

Cinzia Catelli specializes in domestic and international arbitration and litigation, frequently serving as arbitrator in proceedings under ICC Rules and Swiss Rules. Her practice spans commercial disputes across industries such as real estate, distribution, sales, leasing, labor law, and corporate law. Admitted to all Swiss courts since 2010, Cinzia has been with Bär & Karrer’s Zurich litigation and arbitration teams since 2014, collaborating regularly with the Ticino office. She holds a law degree from the University of Zurich, an LLM from Harvard Law School, and passed the New York Bar Exam in 2013. Fluent in German, Italian, English, and French, Cinzia’s recent highlights include defending a German energy company in ad hoc arbitration, representing clients in share valuation disputes, license disagreements, corporate proxy fights, and cross-border litigation, as well as acting as arbitrator in ICC proceedings and assisting fraud victims with successful recoveries.
