Daniele Favalli is a highly experienced dispute resolution practitioner with extensive experience representing Swiss and international clients in commercial disputes and international arbitration proceedings. As a partner in the Dispute Resolution Team of VISCHER, he co-heads VISCHER’s dispute practice. Specifically, Daniele Favalli has more than 20 years of experience in advocacy, placing him in a perfect position to fully understand the Swiss legal system. He appears on a daily basis before Swiss (commercial) courts and arbitral tribunals under Swiss Rules, ICC, LCIA, ICDR, AAA, and ad hoc proceedings. He also serves, periodically, as an arbitrator in international arbitration proceedings.
