David Wallace Wilson, TEP, MCJ (NYU) is a partner at Schellenberg Wittmer, where he heads the Geneva private wealth group.
Admitted to the Swiss and NY bars, David advises individuals and families on wealth structuring and estate planning; he also acts in complex family, guardianship and inheritance disputes. He’s also acted as expert witness before the UK and Guernsey courts.
David appears in the Private Client Global Elite since inception in 2012. He is the former chairman of STEP Geneva, a former editor of the Trust Quarterly Review and the founder of Trusts.ch. Recipient of the STEP Founder’s award for Outstanding Achievement (2021), David further worked as trust expert for Swiss federal government.
