Fabienne Bretscher

Fabienne Bretscher is a seasoned associate at Baker McKenzie’s Zurich office, focusing on civil, commercial, intellectual property, and competition law. She earned her PhD in dispute resolution in international human rights law from the University of Zurich and holds a master’s degree in transnational law from the University of Basel. During her graduate and postgraduate studies, Fabienne served as an associate lecturer and research assistant. She initially joined Baker McKenzie Zurich in 2018 as a trainee lawyer and returned to the Firm after being admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2021. In 2024, she spent several months at Baker McKenzie’s London office.
