Felix Dasser

Felix Dasser has been the President of the Swiss Arbitration Association since 2020. He is a senior member and former head of the dispute resolution practice at Swiss law firm Homburger, with over 30 years of experience in litigating and arbitrating international commercial disputes. He serves as both an arbitrator and counsel in arbitral proceedings under various arbitration rules. Felix is also an adjunct professor at the University of Zurich and frequently acts as an expert on Swiss substantive and procedural law. He has taught at the Hague Academy of International Law and is a visiting professor at the China University of Political Science and Law, specializing in international commercial arbitration. He holds a PhD from the University of Zurich (1989) and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (1990).
