Franziska is Associate Senior Counsel Disputes at Linde Engineering, where she manages the company’s disputes, from major international arbitrations to domestic litigation. Since joining Linde in 2024, Franziska has focused primarily on complex matters related to former Russia business. A German-qualified lawyer, Franziska previously worked in private practice in the projects and disputes space.
