Janine Haësler

Janine Häsler is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration team. She represents clients in disputes before arbitral tribunals and state courts, including the Swiss Supreme Court. She also acts as arbitrator.

She has extensive experience in front of arbitral tribunals and state courts, namely in contract law, construction law, as well as in corporate and pharmaceutical disputes. Janine Häsler also regularly handles mutual legal assistance procedures and criminal law matters as well as internal investigations. Janine Häsler is admitted to the Swiss bar since 2017. She started her career as an Associate in a leading business law firm in Zurich and subsequently moved to another leading business law firm, where she worked as (Senior) Associate.

She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bern, an LL.M. in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (IADR) from the National University of Singapore, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration from the Universities of Lucerne and Neuchâtel. In addition to her legal practice, Janine Häsler regularly publishes and lectures on litigation and arbitration topics. She is actively involved in various professional associations, including the Steering Committee of the Young Mumbai International Arbitration Centre.
