Joseph Schwartz

Joseph is a German Lawyer and regularly acts as counsel, arbitrator and advisor to German and international clients. In addition to his legal and economic expertise, he has a strong passion and understanding for technology, which includes IT, technical and construction/engineering matters. Making use of these competences, Joseph regularly represents parties in national and international disputes (which includes litigation and arbitration proceedings as well as out-of-court disputes) and acts as arbitrator. To assist clients in avoiding the legal pitfalls that may lead to future disputes, Joseph furthermore regularly assists in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and provides corporate advice.
