Nadja Al Kanawati

Nadja Al Kanawati is a Counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group at WilmerHale. She has experience in arbitrations under various institutional and ad hoc rules, including ICC, Swiss, and AAA/ICDR. Prior to joining WilmerHale, she was an associate in the dispute resolution practice of a leading Swiss law firm. Nadja is the International Co-chair of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) below 40 Group and has previously served as the regional representative of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) below 40 Group in London. She is an active member of several arbitration groups, including the Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration, ICC Young Arbitrators Forum, LCIA YIAG, and ArbitralWomen. Nadja also co-teaches a course on international commercial arbitration at the Université Catholique de Lille.
