Rodrigo Care

Rodrigo Care is Senior Counsel at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants in Dubai, specializing in international arbitration and offshore litigation. He handles complex disputes in oil & gas, construction, and financial services, including matters involving sovereigns and State-Owned Enterprises. Rodrigo advocates before DIFC Courts (Part II practitioner) and arbitral tribunals worldwide under ICC, LCIA, DIAC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL rules. He also advises on high-stakes employment disputes and executive agreements across offshore (DIFC, ADGM) and onshore (UAE Labour Law) jurisdictions. A Dubai International Arbitration Centre panel arbitrator, Rodrigo chairs the Rome Branch of the NYSBA and serves as Young ICCA Regional Representative. He studied at Georgetown University Law Center and Roma Tre University, and speaks English, French, and Italian.
