Simon Gabriel specializes in complex dispute resolution and regularly serves as an arbitrator. He has participated in over 100 international arbitrations and numerous state court litigations and is recognized as a “Thought Leader” in international arbitration by Global Arbitration Review and Who’s Who Legal (2019–2021).
He is frequently appointed under ICC, Vienna, DIS, SCC, Swiss, and ad hoc rules and has represented parties in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and France. Before founding Gabriel Arbitration in 2012, he was part of a major international law firm’s dispute resolution team. He is President of the ICC Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR (since 2023), Swiss delegate to the ICC Commission in Paris, and listed as arbitrator with ICC Switzerland, VIAC, the Russian Arbitration Association, and AIAC.
