Vikas Mahendra

Vikas Mahendra is the CEO of TERES, a disputes-focussed legal-tech company that provides AI-based solutions like case management, transcription, interpretation, e-bundling and e-discovery. Vikas also regularly acts as counsel and arbitrator. He is recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a Global Elite Thought Leader in Arbitration. He presently serves on the ICC Commission on Arbitration, is part of the Leadership team of the IBA Task Force on Arbitration Soft Law Instruments, and is a member of the ICC Taskforce on Use of AI in Dispute Resolution.
