Yann Schneller

Yann Schneller is a French lawyer and the founder of Darci, a law firm entirely dedicated to international construction contracts. Trained in both civil and common law, his dual background allows him to understand and navigate the different legal approaches within which construction contracts operate. Yann has acted as President of the Tribunal, Co-Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator or Counsel in more than 50 international arbitrations, both ad hoc and under the rules of major arbitration centres. He is a FIDIC Certified Adjudicator and Trainer.
